Product Description

Compass pipe clamps are designed by using malleable iron in accordance with ASTM A197 which applies for good mechanical strength and enough elongation characters. The surface treatment of the clamps is hot dipped galvanized which meet the specification of ASTM A153 to anti-rusting and corrosion, the surface can also be rough raw black surface, hot-dip galvanized surface, double coating surface and black surface(normal painting or powder coating) according to needs.

Surface Treatment

 

 

 

1. Rough Raw Black Surface
    Popular in clothes rack market,  can be combined with steel pipes  
    to produce various styles, if you want to do secondary painting or    
    powder painting in your workshop, this is also your best choice.

2. Hot-dip Galvanized Surface
    The most commonly used surface treatment, both economic and   
    durability, the most cost-effective one. Usually be sued       
    outdoor,with very good anti-rust ability.

3. Double Coating Surface
    Re electro galvanizing of hot dip galvanized items, that's why 
    called Double Coating. Clamps after double coating will become     
    very shiny, with both anti-rust ability and beautiful appearance.

 

4. Powder Coating
    Powder coating is a dry finishing process that has become       
    extremely popular, different colors are available, more and more     
    companies specify powder coatings for a high-quality, durable       
    finish.
